SmartSaver Certificate Education Transition
We are updating our SmartSaver required financial education (currently using MoneySKILL) and will transition to a new platform to provide an improved learning experience to certificate holders.
On January 7th, 2021, all new SmartSaver education requests will be completed online using Banzai Learning Courses.
- Banzai provides age-appropriate courses featuring integrated financial learning. It also features a self-registration portal for immediate learning access.
- This transition moves away from ten (10) individual topic modules to provide two (2) comprehensive course experiences.
Integrated Financial Education
The two (2) Banzai courses, Banzai Junior and Banzai Teen use real-life scenarios in a gamified environment to introduce and practice the financial literacy concepts of
- budgeting
- saving & spending
- borrowing & repayment
- account reconciling
What if I’ve already started my SmartSaver education?
SmartSaver Certificate holders currently registered in MoneySKILL (our current education platform) will have until February 28th, 2021, to complete it. After February 28th, you will need to register and complete the required Banzai courses.
Can I switch from MoneySKILL to Banzai now?
Yes. If you recently started your SmartSaver Certificate education in MoneySKILL and would like to switch to Banzai Courses, you can register online for Banzai Learning Courses at any time.
