Clearwater Credit Union is accepting applications for a Digital Media Coordinator position to join our Marketing Team. This role is responsible for designing digital and print assets, participating in Clearwater marketing and storytelling efforts, and managing the Credit Union’s online presence, including, but not limited to the public website and our various social media sites.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Follow annual marketing plan
  • Develop, design and coordinate marketing promotions and special events and related digital and printed marketing deliverables
  • Attend Credit Union events as needed and provide event support and photograph/document for marketing/storytelling
  • Create, manage, and report on digital marketing campaigns and outreach
  • Tell the Credit Union story using social media and other online channels
  • Track and analyze the Credit Union’s online presence and make recommendations when needed
  • Provide staff with marketing information and resources when required
  • Prepare marketing reports upon request
  • Work with marketing vendors and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and to work effectively and efficiently with all levels of staff, members, and vendors
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Social Media Channels/Platforms
  • Graphic Design experience creating both print and digital deliverables
  • Experience with Social Media Ads and Digital Ad creation and deployment
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as enjoy working in a team-oriented environment

Contact Center Representatives help members with their financial needs through various technologies, including telephone, email, web, chat, etc. Qualified applicants must be a team player, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with people over the phone. Comfort with technology, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service is a must. Clearwater Credit Union has a full-time opening for a Real Estate Loan Processor. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by Real Estate Lending Officers.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and file loan files and records
  • Gather information and receive loan file(s) from Real Estate Lending Officers
  • Validate application information in computer system
    Ensure loan file, including documentation, is complete
  • Order appraisals, title commitments, income verifications and other needed information and documentation
  • Work with Real Estate Lending Officers and members to address problems and/or discrepancies in provided information
  • Assemble and analyze borrower data for submission to underwriter
  • Prepare and review closing loan documents
  • Disburse approved loans
  • Knowledge of home lending products offered, including staying up to date with regulatory changes
  • Knowledge of credit union products and services, including staying up to date with changes and additions
  • Provide internal and external members with excellent service
  • Follows all credit union policies and procedures, including being compliant with state and federal laws and regulation
  • Reliable attendance and completion of tasks

A successful applicant must be organized, accurate, detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, commitment to recognizing needs and creating solutions, knowledge of Credit Union products, services and procedures, exceptional internal and external member service and telephone etiquette, the ability to make sound decisions, the ability to work independently and appreciation for working in a team-oriented environment.   • Work with and support partnership organization.
  • Stay current with products, services, and programs offered by partnership organization.
  • Refer members to partnership organization.
  • Provide financial education and information on Clearwater products and services to partnership organization’s customers.
  • Process and decision consumer loan applications within established guidelines.
  • Provide members with credit counseling.
