Open positions

The Real Estate Loan Servicer position is responsible for managing transactions after the closing of a home loan between the member and the Credit Union.

Responsibilities/Skills

  • Process mortgage loan payments, including loan payoffs
  • Review escrow accounts for adequate reserves
  • Pay member property tax and homeowners insurance bills
  • Provide loan payoff information when necessary
  • Prepare correspondence and documents for members
  • Maintain proper records pertaining to mortgage servicing
  • Complete reports upon request
  • Answer basic home lending questions from members or staff
  • Complete forms or notices pertaining to private mortgage insurance or other agencies as directed
  • Knowledge of credit union products and services, including staying up to date with changes and additions
  • Provide internal and external members with excellent service
  • Follows all credit union policies and procedures, including being compliant with state and federal laws and regulation
  • Reliable attendance and completion of tasks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Lending or Loan Processing experience
  • Knowledge in secondary Mortgage Markets, Government Home Loan Programs, and Conventional Mortgages is preferred
  • Ability to be organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and appreciation for working in a team-oriented environment

We’re accepting applications for a Real Estate Loan Processor. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by Real Estate Lending Officers.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and file loan files and records
  • Gather information and receive loan file(s) from Real Estate Lending Officers
  • Validate application information in computer system
  • Ensure loan file, including documentation, is complete
  • Order appraisals, title commitments, income verifications and other needed information and documentation
  • Work with Real Estate Lending Officers and members to address problems and/or discrepancies in provided information
  • Assemble and analyze borrower data for submission to underwriter
  • Prepare and review closing loan documents
  • Disburse approved loans
  • Knowledge of home lending products offered, including staying up to date with regulatory changes
  • Knowledge of MFCU products and services, including staying up to date with changes and additions
  • Provide internal and external members with excellent service
  • Follows all credit union policies and procedures, including being compliant with state and federal laws and regulation
  • Reliable attendance and completion of tasks

A successful applicant must be organized, accurate, detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, commitment to recognizing needs and creating solutions, knowledge of Credit Union products, services and procedures, exceptional internal and external member service and telephone etiquette, the ability to make sound decisions, the ability to work independently and appreciation for working in a team-oriented environment. Clearwater Credit Union is accepting applications for a full time Data Analyst. This position is responsible for providing management reports, support, troubleshooting, and data requests. They will also assist with project research, data infrastructure and security configuration of all internal and external data structures.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Collect and interpret data
  • Analyze results to understand trends, anomalies, and insights
  • Use data to help drive operational improvements
  • Prepare data for end user reports using concise and relevant visualization
  • Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
  • Report the results of the data and analysis back to the relevant members of the business
  • Identify patterns and trends in data sets
  • Follow-up with end-users to verify data quality
  • Evaluate and define industry trend for analytics and reporting tools
  • Integrate data from multiple sources
  • Prepare reports using business analytics reporting tools
  • Create and share data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations

Our successful candidate must be detail-oriented, will also possess the ability to work well in a team environment, be a self-starter, and possess exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills, as well as a strong understanding of SQL, XML, PowerBI, and Javascript. BS/BA in related field and/or 2-5 years of related work experience preferred. Position closes September 16, 2019.
