We are accepting applications for a full-time Contact Center Representative in Missoula, Montana.

Contact Center Representatives help members with their financial needs through various technologies, including telephone, email, web, chat, etc. Qualified applicants must be a team player, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with people over the phone. Comfort with technology, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service is a must. Applicants should also be comfortable problem solving and have the ability to learn quickly.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Completes outbound phone calls.
  • Responds to all incoming chats.
  • Answers all emails from the website and ones directed to Contact Center email addresses.
  • Responds to all online banking messages.
  • Solve member account problems.
  • Update member records.
  • Process member transactions and other member requests.
  • Protects members and credit union from fraudulent activities.
  • Proficient use of technology.
  • Refer products and services based on identified member needs.
  • Knowledge of products and services, including staying up to date with changes and additions.
  • Provide internal and external members with excellent service.
  • Follows all credit union policies and procedures, including being compliant with state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Reliable attendance and completion of tasks.

  • Ability to interact with more than one department daily.
  • Ability to work within precise standardized guidelines with some latitude to make decisions and take initiative to resolve problems or unique circumstances.

We are accepting applications for a full-time Universal Associate in Missoula, Montana.

Universal Associates act as the front-line service providers to our members and we’re looking for service-oriented individuals to join our team. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: processing cash and non-cash transactions, maintaining member accounts, and educating members on products and services. Applicants must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be a team player. Previous cash handling and customer service experience are preferred.
