Open your account
To open your Business Savings, Business Checking, or Business Visa, visit any branch with the following information:
- Articles of Organization, Articles of Incorporation, or Assumed Business Name registration
- Tax ID Number (EIN)
- If your business has principals who will not be signers on the account, you must provide an operating agreement showing which principals can conduct banking operations, or a letter from the non-participating principals stating that they are aware an account is being opened
Yes, your accounts with us are federally insured to at least $250,000 by the NCUA.
You can find the Articles of Organization, Articles of Incorporation, or Assumed Business Name registration at the Montana Secretary of State website. Fill out the form you need and mail it to the Secretary of State with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and they will mail the official document back to you.
