We’re transforming our public website, online banking, and mobile banking systems to bring you one integrated digital banking experience. Together, they are your new Clearwater Digital Branch.
Visit Personal Banking PageWe completed Phase 1 of the Clearwater Digital Branch upgrade on October 23rd when we launched the new clearwatercreditunion.org. We invite you to explore our website’s enhanced navigation. It makes it easier to find what you need and to understand all that Clearwater membership offers your business.
It will by early November. We introduced the new website on October 23rd, which includes all the information you see BEFORE you log in to online banking. By early November, we’ll introduce you to the new digital banking system, which also includes a new mobile app.
The new clearwatercreditunion.org will have a fresh, new look; enhanced navigation making things easier to find; and new tools to assist you in building and protecting business, including:
We’ve designed the new site to be device responsive so things fit better on the screen that you’re using. If you do not see the main navigation on your tablet or mobile device, choose the “hamburger” menu in the upper right corner. It looks like three straight lines.
By early November, we’ll introduce the new digital banking system, which includes a new mobile app. If you currently use the Card Nav app, you’ll love that we’ve integrated Card Controls right into the new Clearwater Digital Branch app. No more separate Card Nav app!
Yes. Once the new digital banking system launches by early November, you will need to download the new Clearwater Digital Branch mobile app. The great news is that we’ll no longer have a separate Card Nav app. We’ve built card controls right into the new Clearwater Digital Branch app.
You’ll use the same username but you will have to re-establish a new password the first time you log in to the new system. For your protection, we’ve increased the password requirements in the new system from 8 to 16 characters.
We understand making passwords more complex can be an inconvenience. We’ve implemented this requirement to help protect your account and the money you’ve entrusted to us. Unfortunately, fraud activity is more prevalent than ever, and we’ve seen firsthand how quickly things can go wrong without extra layers of protection, like stronger passwords.
We highly recommend you use passphrases or an online password manager to help you remember more complex passwords. Once you establish your new password, you can also turn on the biometrics feature within the new app to use facial or thumbprint recognition.
If you log in with your personal account credentials, you WILL be able to view and transfer to and from both your personal and business accounts. However, if you want the full business banking features available, such as ACH, wires, and more, you will have to log in using your business account credentials.
If you log in using your business credentials, you WILL NOT see your personal accounts, at first. However, there are several ways we can help you do that. Once we launch the new system, just give us a call, and we’ll work with you to determine the best option for you to view both your business and personal accounts through the business banking platform.
