Clearwater is committed to being a force for good in the communities we serve by donating time, money, and action. All Clearwater employees receive up to 24 hours of paid time annually to volunteer for causes that matter to them.
“I volunteer because I want to make a difference in my community. From volunteering with the Missoula Food Bank, Driving Meals on Wheels, or helping with an event for the weekend, volunteering not only brings me joy, but helps other members of our community.
When I deliver a meal to a person that is homebound, I may be the only person they see that day. I get to see the smile on their face, and know that they will have a healthy, hot meal for the day.”
Erika Sylvester, Financial Educator
T.E.A.M (Together Employees Achieve More) is an internal, employee-driven group that encourages all employees to engage in community activities and volunteerism.
Clearwater commits to donating 5% of our annual net income to Montana nonprofit organizations. In 2023, we donated $564,000 to over 185 nonprofit organizations.
Each year, we award over $20,000 in scholarships to deserving Montana high school seniors.
