How many scholarships are available?

There are nine scholarships totaling $22,500 available as follows:

One $2,500 scholarship to a college-bound high school senior pursuing a degree in education. This scholarship is in honor of William “Lefty” Campbell who was a Clearwater Board Member and longtime Missoula teacher.
Seven $2,500 scholarships to college-bound high school seniors pursuing any type of degree.
One $2,500 scholarship awarded to a post-high school adult learner who is either entering college or already enrolled in pursuing a degree.

What are the eligibility requirements?

Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for a scholarship:

Be a Clearwater Credit Union member for at least six months.

What is the application deadline?

You must submit the online application below by March 31, 2026, at 11:59pm.

When will scholarship awards be announced?

Clearwater’s Scholarship Committee selects final recipients in early May. We’ll notify winners and appropriate high school officials by postal mail. The Committee’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
