Construction Underway for Clearwater’s New Great Falls Branch

On Monday, August 4th, we held a groundbreaking event to kick off construction of our new Great Falls Branch, which will be located on the old Hardee's site at the corner of 1st Ave N and Park Dr N. The  new branch will be just one block from the Civic Center and across the street from Gibson Park. We kicked off deconstruction of the old Hardee's location in early August 2025, and we project an early 2027 grand opening.

This is a high-profile site at the entrance to downtown Great Falls, and we’re thrilled to develop a building that matches downtown's character and vibrancy and that will contribute to the community for many years to come.

We've designed the branch purposefully to have low environmental impact. It will include solar panels and numerous energy efficiency measures, in alignment with our long-term goal of net zero energy.

FAQs

WHAT IS AN ITM?

It stands for "Interactive Teller Machine." An ITM is an ATM with a video teller option. You can use an ITM just as you would a standard ATM or, at the touch of button, connect live to an Associate during business hours.

WHAT DOES NET ZERO ENERGY MEAN?

Net Zero energy means that our branch produces as much energy as it uses. All of our systems are electric, during summer months extra energy is put into the grid through on-site solar panels.
