Whether it’s paying your employees or paying for supplies and inventory, Clearwater offers your business many ways to pay bills.
Your Clearwater Business Debit Card is a quick and secure way to pay bills online. Debit card payments are deducted from your business account in real time, making it easier to track your payments and manage cash flow.
Using a Clearwater Business Visa Credit Card to pay bills can help you manage cash flow. Some billers charge an extra fee for credit card payments. Plus, if you do not pay off your balance monthly, you’ll pay additional interest charges.
ACH provides a secure, reliable, and cost-effective way to pay your employees or your businesses’ recurring bills, like rent or mortgage payments, utility payments, subscriptions, loans you have with other financial institutions, and more.
Managing your businesses’ ACH payments has never been easier with Clearwater Digital Branch. Just log in and tap Money Movement to manage your payments. If you do not see the ACH option please call our Business Services Team to add it to your account.
With Clearwater’s Bill Pay service, you can set up one-time or recurring bill payments in one central location. Available through Clearwater Digital Branch, Bill Pay eliminates writing checks or visiting multiple websites to pay bills with a debit or credit card, saving you time and reducing the risk of late payments.
Wire transfers provide a fast and secure way for your business to pay larger bills or make time-sensitive payments. Funds are transferred directly to the recipient’s account, often within the same day. This makes wire transfers ideal for urgent bills or large payments that require immediate confirmation. Log in to Clearwater’s Digital Branch or stop by any Clearwater location to wire funds.
Scheduled Transfers allow you to set up a recurring transfer from your Clearwater Business Checking account to other Clearwater accounts, such as a loan, savings account, or credit card.
To set up a Scheduled Transfer, log in to Clearwater’s Digital Branch and choose Money Movement > Transfer Funds.
Money Orders are a tried-and-true way to pay bills, if you don’t mind the manual process. Visit any Clearwater branch or drive-up to purchase money orders for just $2 each.
Although not the fastest way to pay, cashiers checks are best for paying large bills or for transactions requiring guaranteed funds. They offer a formal record of payment, which can be useful for tracking and resolving any potential issues with the biller.
Visit any Clearwater location or call our Member Service Center to request a cashier’s checks for just $5.
