Our Application Process

Applying for a new role can be intimidating. We want to make it as easy and transparent as possible while ensuring that we’re a good fit for each other. Here’s what you can expect during the application process, as well as some tips on how to stand out.

Step 1: Apply

Submitting an online application is the first step. Please pay careful attention to the job description to determine if you should submit additional documents, such as a resume or cover letter. A good cover letter can help you stand out from other candidates.

Step 2: Screening

We’ll review your application and any accompanying information to assess your initial fit for the role. Based on each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience, we compile a short list of applicants to begin interviews.

Because we respect you and your time, we will notify you if we do not select you for an interview.

Step 3: Interview

Typically, the hiring manager and a member of our People Solutions team will conduct your interview. Depending on your location, your interview may be in person or virtual.

During the interview, we’ll dive into your background, gain a better understanding of your skills, and assess your cultural fit. This step also includes more technical or job-specific questions so the hiring manager can assess your fit for the role.

This is also your time to ask your questions about the job so you can determine if the position, our company, and our culture are right for you.

In some cases, the hiring manager may want to complete a follow-up interview to help ensure they select the best candidate for their team.

Interview Questions That Get You Noticed

Step 4: Assessment or Task

Depending on the position, we may request you complete additional online assessments or a specific task associated with the position. These tools help the hiring manager to select the final candidate.

Step 5: Decision

Once the hiring manager reaches a decision, our People Solutions team will make you a job offer, which will include your proposed salary and an overview of our benefits package so you can make an informed decision.

If you accept, we ask most positions to begin employment within two to three weeks.

Because we respect you and your time, we will notify you if you are not selected.
