Quicken and QuickBooks Users

The launch of our new Clearwater Digital Branch will require you to make some changes to your Quicken or QuickBooks software. Please follow the instructions below to help ensure a smooth transition.

  • Using your current connection, complete a final transaction download.
  • Make a back-up data file to preserve your transaction history.

  • Deactivate your current connection following the instructions in the guide.
  • Reactivate your new connection following the instructions in the guide.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Please note that Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to five business days once the new system launches. You can download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. Both Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect and QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect may also not work during the outage.

Once you’ve re-established your connection, please carefully review your downloaded transactions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed during the conversion process.
