Update on Lobby Closures and Operations

Dear Credit Union Members,

We have been receiving questions about our retail lobbies asking why we haven’t re-opened and when do we plan to re-open.

You will recall that we last closed our retail lobbies to walk-in traffic on July 1, 2020.  We did that in response to a sharp increase in COVID-19 cases both locally and throughout Montana.  Unfortunately, that increase has not slowed.  In fact, it has accelerated.

For this reason, the retail lobbies will remain closed to walk-in traffic until the situation improves.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.  However, we need to do our part to help protect public health.  We remain committed to safeguarding the health and well-being of our co-workers, our members, and the communities we serve.

Appointments are available.

Consumer, Mortgage, and Business Lending functions will remain available by appointment as will notary services. Please call your lender or (406) 523-3300 to schedule an appointment. We will continue to ask that any member who is not feeling well to please refrain from scheduling in-person appointments.

All remote delivery channels remain available.

We are working hard to continue to meet your financial needs and provide excellent service. As the situation evolves, we will do our best to keep you apprised of new developments. We appreciate your understanding as we face these challenging times together.
