eStatement Notification Change

eStatement emails are changing.

We will be migrating all eStatement email communications over to a new system beginning with your July eStatements. This change will integrate eStatement email notifications into the already existing online banking alerts and notifications system to provide more timely and consistent notifications.

What’s Changing

  • The email notification will be simplified and look similar to the other email alert notifications that you may receive through online banking, as shown below:

  • You will now be able to control your eStatement alert preferences through online banking, including text message notifications. Simply select ‘Statements’ in the online banking menu, then under ‘E-Statements’, select ‘Settings’. If you have questions or need assistance setting up your e-Statement alerts, please give us a call at  (406)523-3300.
  • We will be removing news and events from the eStatement email notification. Instead, we will provide members with the option to receive the latest Clearwater news and information through other digital channels.
